Storefront Chat
The Webkul AI ChatBot provides a seamless, AI-driven conversational interface directly on your Magento storefront.
The chatbot launcher icon is displayed in the configured corner of the storefront (Bottom Right or Bottom Left). Clicking the icon opens the chat window.
Welcome Screen & Quick Action Prompts
Upon opening, customers are greeted with interactive starter prompts:
- Ask your query: For general store questions, policies, or product inquiries.
- Check your orders: Instant access to recent order status and tracking details.
- Search Product: Direct semantic search for catalog items using natural language.
Guest Mode & Authentication
Depending on your store configuration:
- Guest Mode Enabled: Visitors can start chatting immediately without logging in.
- Guest Mode Disabled: The chat widget presents built-in Log in and Register tabs, allowing customers to sign in or create an account directly within the chat window without leaving the current page.
