Seller Workflow Overview
Marketplace vendors have complete autonomy to offer subscription-based products, configure flexible billing plans, connect their payout accounts, and manage their subscribers directly from their frontend vendor dashboard.
Seller Navigation Menu
When logged in to their marketplace vendor account, sellers navigate to the Recurring Subscriptions section in the account sidebar:
Hovering over or clicking Recurring Subscriptions presents three dedicated sub-menus:
- Manage Product Subscriptions: View and manage all customers subscribed to the seller's products, monitor renewal states, view profile IDs, and process cancellations.
- Connect To Stripe: Complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive direct payouts or authorize customer subscription billing.
- Manage PayPal Details: Provide verified PayPal merchant information and recipient email address for automated PayPal Mass Payment disbursements.
